"Historical ground of placing of building (reconstructions) " (farther HGP) object must be developed as research documentation on the stage of taking of lot land, before working of project documentation on building, reconstruction of building and building within the limits of zones of guard of sights of cultural heritage, with the purpose of ground of fundamental possibility of new building or reconstruction of object (coming from the parameters of lot land, his features, scale of street and surrounding building) and determination of architectonically-town-planning limitations and requirements at planning (reconstructions), grant of recommendations in relation to the possible parameters of objects of new building and formulations of terms, the observance of that will provide accordance of descriptions of building of areas to aesthetic qualities of architectural environment. In HGP positions of historical and architectural supporting plan of the inhabited place are specified and go into detail with the aim of maintenance of traditional character of historical environment.Expected introduction.
