The goal of work is the investigation of the nuclear enterprises and nuclear technologies influence on the formation of anthropogenic load at the conditions of natural and urban environment. The methods of investigation are the experimental radioecological monitoring by means of the highly-sensitive radioanalytical methods and the methods of radionuclide content analysis in the environmental samples; the statistical analysis of data; the analysis of data by means of the geoinformation system; the mathematical simulation using the models of radionuclide migration in the ecosystem components; the experimental investigations of the radionuclide composition and activity in the nuclear, technological and constructional materials and the radioactive waste by means of the radiochemical and instrumental analytical methods. New experimental data have been obtained; these data confirms today the absence of significant technogenic impact on environment from the WWR-M reactor operation. By means of the Monte-Carlo method and the modern computation methods the necessary stationary and dynamic barriers have been determined; these barriers are provided the radiation safety for the staff, population and environment during the operation of nuclear medicine objects at the conditions of urban environment. The influence on the geological, hydrological and atmospheric environment from the operation of the objects of nuclear power industry and nuclear medicine objects has been estimated. The forecast values of the population dose loads have been calculated for both regular and accidental operational regimes of these objects. The aspects of nuclear, radiation and ecological safety have been investigated for the case of the WWR-M reactor decommissioning.
