For this purpose a dynamic model, describing spatiotemporal behavior of vacancy concentration and irradiated sample temperature, was used. It is shown, that surface pattern selection processes and defect structures morphology could be controlled by radiation fluence. Dynamics of coupled oscillations of main statistic moments both vacancy concentration field and sample temperature field was analyzed. It is shown, that average size of vacancy clusters (from 30 to 300 nm) changes oscillatory due to pattern selection processes. Typical distributions of dislocations' composition field were determined at different intensities of radiation flux fluctuations. Time dependence of domain size at different intensities of dislocation ensemble interaction with composition field was determined. It is shown, that dislocation nuclei are concentrated at phase interfaces. Increasing intensity of interaction between dislocations and composition field slows down growth of allocations. Dislocational mechanism of segregation furthers exfoliation process. Radiation flux fluctuations result in decreasing of phase interfaces width.
