Among them: 991 patients, surgical treatment which provides for the preservation of reproductive function (Group A), 153 patients who underwent surgery with preservation of reproductive function, of which 83 performed a hysterectomy type III with transposition of the ovaries (group B), 70 - trachelectomy abdominal or vaginal (group C). Purpose - to improve prevention, diagnosis and treatment of cervical cancer through the development of methods aimed at preserving fertility, improving medical and social rehabilitation and quality of life of patients of reproductive age.Methods: clinical, laboratory, radiologic, endoscopic, instrumental, pathological and statistics.Information about survival traced in 936 patients. assessment of the quality of life in patients after standard treatments for cervical cancer was performed.
