The results of the work are the following: the program of work of a reversible counter in real time has been developed; the programs of measurements of end gauges and line gauges of length have been developed; the set up and adjustment of the measurement standard have been carryed out the metrology of the metrological validation of the measurement standard has been developed; the design documentation has been reworked; the researches of the metrological characteristics of the main parts of the measurement standard have been carryed out; the metrological validation of the measurement standard has been done.
