The methodology of the study of the metachromatic effects of Saccharomyces cerevisiae strain was standardized. Appropriate guidelines was developed. To automate investigations of metachromatic effect we developed algorithms and corresponding programs, which allow a quantitative estimation of digital color images of microbiological samples. Metachromatic reactions of polyphosphates of volutin granules of bacteria Rodococcus erytropolis, Photobacterium phosphoreum and yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae were monitored. Under standard experimental conditions, the cell response of pro- and eukaryotes on the oscillations of space weather factors was fixed. Under the long-term observations, for the first time, the reaction of bioluminescence of bacteria Photobacterium phosphoreum ІMV B-7071 was studied. The bioluminescence is a common characteristic of the metabolic activity of cells. As a result of the monitoring the database was created that allows providing a correlation analysis of the impact of space weather phenomena on biological objects at cellular level. The data, which support further development of the helio-communicational portal "Geliomed" were provided. In the theoretical part, which is based on analytical solutions, we researched and built the models of the evolution of cosmic rays spectra of large SPE based on the level of solar activity. In particular, on the basis of the kinetic equation we studied the process of propagation in interplanetary space of the CR, accelerated during a solar flare on January 20, 2005. The cases of immediate and long-term injection of particles into the interplanetary medium have been investigated. Based on the analytical solution of the kinetic equation we analyzed the dynamics of the energy distribution of cosmic rays, function of the intensity distribution have been obtained, anisotropy, energy CR spectra for distributing them to the solar wind have been studied for the most advanced models of the heliosphere models. As a result of the solution of the modulation problems, under the conditions of elastic reflection and free passage to the solar surface of the GCR it was shown that for modern settings of the heliosphere the difference between the GCR concentration in these two cases is shown in a limited region of the solar neighborhood. However, for the young age of the Sun, it could be significant. We studied the modulation of GCR for the modern era and for the age of the young Sun, and both for constant solar wind velocity as well as for changing of the speed according to a power law. It was shown that the level of GCR intensity billion years ago was at times less than modern. This created favorable conditions for the evolution of the biosphere.
