The purpose of the work is to investigate the physical mechanisms of low-intensity electromagnetic radiation interaction with acceptor nanostructures in the biological objects depending on the wavelength range and wave characteristics, identify ways to enhance of beneficial properties of the biological objects with artificial joints acceptors of electromagnetic radiation, which operate on the principle of natural analogues. Methods: radiophysical, biophysical, biochemical, physical, chemical, mathematical. It has been compare of the effect of coherent radiation of low intensity (power flow density of 40 mW / cm2) - laser (red (632.8 nm), green (532 nm), submillimeter (70.6 mm), infrared (10.6 m) range) with incoherent radiation - UV and polychromatic - in the state of biomacromolecules and cell tissue biostructures of the laboratory animals and humans, the physic-chemical properties of the model membrane systems, liver mitochondrial respiratory chain and the erythrocytes acid hemolysis. It was formed the theory of action of low-intensity EMR on the state of biological objects by membranes and nanofotoacceptors. The principles of the application of EMR for biotechnological techniques of the modification of biomaterials were work out.
