Recommendations and suggestions on implementation of measures to modernize the fiscal system of Ukraine, prospects of cooperation of Ukraine with international financial institutions and introduction of effective sovereign debt management, the need for which is due to the development processes of international fiscal integration and principles of the global institutionalization in tax area can be used by Ukrainian state authorities responsible for appropriate state policy development and implementation.
