Object of study: nephropathy, retinopathy, arthropathy, diastolic dysfunction, learning self-control, cardiovascular complications, anemia. Purpose: improvement of previously developed diagnostic methods, testing and implementation in practice new methods of differential treatment of chronic complications of diabetes type 1 and 2. Research methods and equipment to: biochemical, statystyc, spectrophotometer, ELISA analizator.Theoretyc and practical novelty: receiving data that 35.7% of patients for changes in diastolic function restrictive type combined with initial subclinical changes in systolic function. These violations intracardiac hemodynamics develop in 50% of patients after 5 years of diabetes disease, their frequency is progressing with increasing duration of the disease and are found in 85% of patients with type 1 diabetes for more than 10 years.
