Created methodology will build a cloud service for online analysis of unstructured data sources for acquisition, analysis and aggregation of poorly structured knowledge that can be applied in systems of analysis and support for legislative and other solutions. Effective categorization of unstructured sources allow reasonably distribute information flows for further processing of unstructured data. There is developed an approach to the construction and preliminary evaluation of morphological tables for the modified morphological analysis method on the basis of rezults of classification and analysis of semantic information fragments color. Such an approach would involve a powerful technique of the qualitative analysis for the research of the poorly structured objects in the morphological models' kind. Created foundations will significantly improve the competitiveness and defense capability of the state in the information technologies' field of the analysis on the impact of legislative, managerial and economic decisions.
