Subject of research - the manning process of the Ukrainian Armed Forces with personnel under the anti-terrorist operation circumstances. The aim of the research is to improve the system of the Armed Forces of Ukraine manning, taking into account the experience of the anti-terrorist operation. The methods of this study are the system analysis, methods of multidimensional comparative analysis, methods of expert estimations and mathematical modeling. The novelty of the work lies in the fact that based on the analysis of the research results substantiated conditions affecting the state of the Ukrainian Armed Forces manning the army in a special period; the proposed measures aimed at improving the process of manning of the Ukrainian Armed Forces personnel during the antiterrorist operation. The work logically associated with previous studies conducted in the framework of scientific research codes "KASKAD SCM", "EFECTIVNOST SCMCT", "SHAG", "PROSPECT", "Motiv", "ZALUCHENNYA". In the future, materials research can be used in the drafting of guidelines to ensure the acquisition of the Ukrainian Armed Forces personnel under conditions of warfare.
