In case of Adf3 gene, the close homologues were found in Th. elongatum and T. aestivum. Only two sequences which have the same length as Rpg5 gene protein were found in T. urartu and T. aestivum, but their kinase domains differ significantly from that of Rpg5 gene protein. The highly-identical sequences for complete RGA1 gene protein product in T. urartu and T. aestivum were identified. Based on sequences of found homologous, the primers were synthesized. Using these primers, the fragments of Rpg5 gene homologous were identified in the genomes of T. aestivum and E. repens. The identified sequences were sequenced, and their further analysis is going to help in evaluation of Rpg5, RGA1, Adf3 gene homolog interaction efficiency in the resistance processes to stem rust, particularly Ug99 strain, in wheat.
