The created online data base is continuously updated by certified methods and protocols for the GM content analysis in products from plants. The collection and combining of data regarding authorised and commercialised products comprising GM events and content from different data base sources were conducted. The optimal GM detection protocols were confirmed by Real Time PCR. Thus, the efficiency of developed data base was proved.
