Purpose of the paper is development of elements of the methodology of new technologies to design enterprises of the meat-processing industry and creation of a database of equipment and standard models of designs using CAD elements. Research methods include traditional and computational-analytical ones based on the principal decisions of technological design and computer graphics based on geometric constructions of three-dimensional solid objects by means of AutoCAD. Basic tasks of designing that define the direction of the development of new technologies are formulated. Term papers, graduation projects and master’s papers were written on the topic of the paper. Research results were discussed at scientific conferences, are published in the approved scientific and professional journals of Ukraine and implemented in the production and learning process.
