The purpose of the study - the definition of axial gaps in the steps of the flow caused by changes in the thermal state of the rotors and the cylinder body high and medium pressure condensing turbine for different modes of operation, as well as in the process of start-ups and shutdowns. Method of research - modeling of thermal processes based on refined boundary conditions of heat transfer on the surfaces of the flow part, the calculated determination of the temperature condition of the rotor and stator cylinders of turbines and their subsequent deformation when the parameters of steam turbine inlet in the process of changing the operating modes and conditions of starts and stops the turbine unit. Based on analysis of operation of turbines of high power and refinement of boundary conditions on the surfaces of the heat exchange elements of the rotor and stator and developed a technique designed software package to determine the values of the relative extensions of the rotor housing and high-pressure cylinder of the turbine K-325-23,5, marked the most thermally loaded zone elements turbine.
