The technique and algorithm for determining the optimal regime parameters of turbines are developed, the influence of live steam and reheat parameters on the turbine efficiency on modes of variable loads is determined, the analysis of operating modes is performed and the main reasons of reducing of power block effectiveness is determined. Recommendations about using of technique for determining the values of operating parameters, which provides a reduction of the unit cost of fuel on variable modes of turbines are developed.
