It was established that a mechanism of adsorbed methane emission in the filtration zone has a multistage nature and desorption process of methane in some cases is described with pulse functions. The experimental method of complex research of rocks filtration properties was developed. It will allow determining the law of liquid (gas) motion in a sample, influence on its permeability of rock pressure and injection pressure. Firstly was developed the method of estimation of layer unloading from rock pressure accordingly values of nominal and final pressure of hydroscarifying. Scientific novelty is in the fact that the physical and geological structure model of the rock massif construction for the prognosis of methane accumulation zones including a priori model of rock massif, petrophysical model and a mathematical model was proposed; local activation conditions, physical and chemical processes transmission that lead to the structural transformations of coal substance on the molecular level were established; firstly was developed the hypothesis that in certain cases the process of methane desorption will have pulsed character.
