The objective of study is studying the interaction of animal and human reproductive cells and embryos with environmental factors. Research methods: biochemical, histological, imunofluorescence, cryobiological, cultural, morphological, cytogenetic, cytological, cytochemical, biophysical, microscopic. The interaction of CGC with human oocytes and embryos was studied and a new improved method of cryopreservation by vitrification, a new similar to the natural conditions of the culture medium, which improves the quality of cryopreserved and cultured structures, and method of culturing embryos and oocytes on the CGC monolayer were developed. The conditions and concentrations of follicular fluid, pentoxifilin, unsaturated fatty acids, carbon nanoparticles, and physical factors that stimulate sperm motility in men with asthenozoospermia and normospermic before and after cryopreservation were estimated. The influence of hormonal drugs and cryoprotectants on carp sperm and embryos cryoresistance, as well as cryoprotective media was developed that enable to preserve an embryos in the vitrified state.
