The research objects were a reparative regeneration of organs and metabolic changes, experimental renal failure, administration of allogenic placental cryoextract. Research methods were as follows: biochemical, histochemical, cytological, and electron microscopy. Research results. Taking a toxic kidney damage as the model we established the fact that the administration of glycerol resulted in a disorder of kidney functional indices, accompanied by anuria and oliguria, a decreased rate of glomerular filtration and increased creatinine clearance. The rat immunization caused the primary immune responses to day 21, resulting in the growth of the level of circulating immune complexes and the renal failure occurrence, the appearance of immune complexes on a basal membrane of capillaries. The cryoextract administration caused the normalization of glomerular filtration, basal membrane structure, disappearance of deposits of immune complexes, proliferation of deep cells, a decrease in endothelial dysfunction symptoms and dystrophic phenomena in the liver. Novelty, efficiency of implementation: In two models of renal failure there was first proved that the biologically active substances of allogenic cryopreserved placental tissue resulted in the normalization of kidney function indices. The placental cryoextract administration to the animals when simulating an acute renal failure was established to have an anti-inflammatory effect and delay the chronic disease phase development for 5-6 weeks.
