Aim - development and research of electrophysical characteristics of novel polymer and nanocarbon composite materials (CM) with high anisotropy of electrophysical characteristics due to use of nanoscale carbon fillers (including coated on the surface the nanoscale layer of transition metal) oriented in CM electric or magnetic field, suitable for use as an element of protection from electromagnetic radiation. Methods: X-ray analysis; Scanning and transmission electron microscopy; study the temperature dependences of electrical resistivity 4-probe and probe 2 methods of measuring levels of reflection and attenuation of electromagnetic radiation in the waveguide using microwave scalar analyzer R2-65, measuring the dielectric constant short-line method. Conductive nanocomposites CNT/polymer with oriented distribution of the filler in the polymer matrix by using an applied alternating electric field were manufactured. The influence of exposure time on the anisotropic structure of carbon nanotubes (CNT) in a liquid polymer medium, conductivity, dielectric constant, absorbing properties of the composites were studied. Method of manufacturing the epoxy composite filled with oriented nanocarbon modified with transition metal (Ni) by ultrasonic dispersion of the filler in a magnetic field of 0.1 to 0.4 T was worked out. The dispersion of filler is the predetermined by the configuration of the magnetic field.
