The results of research and innovation: 1) as a result of the work done with the help of morphological analysis come to the definition of "investment attractiveness" of the concept; 2) to investigate the problem of increase of investment activity of the enterprises of a building complex; 3) develop a functional conflict management model between the constituent parts of the organization in the implementation of the development strategy in the transformation of its organizational structure, and the functional conflict in this case can only be the conflict that contributes to changing the configuration of the organization to the original form to another, which corresponds to the type of the structure of the impact of major environmental factors (the complexity and dynamism), taking into account the influence of factors of the internal environment; 4) developed a model to determine the influence of factors of complexity and dynamics of the external environment of the enterprise with a view to the timely adoption of the transformation of its organizational structure decisions; 5) the task of determining the categories of "innovation and the attractiveness of the investment project" with a systematic analysis of positions; 6) demonstrated that the required investment attractiveness is a vector in the space of functional, economic and temporal parameters of the project, which can not be internally contradictory and exhaustively complete; 7) proposed analysis and assessment procedures for innovation and investment attractiveness of business entities, as a complex system, regardless of its organizational-legal form and scope.
