Objective - establishment of basic factors that determine the level of physical properties and mechanisms of formation and degradation of non-equilibrium (amorphous, nanocrystalline) structural states in metallic glasses and metal oxides of different chemical composition. Method of research - X-ray, thermal analysis, optical and electron microscopy; measuring electrical resistivity and magnetic susceptibility, the microhardness of the internal friction, the ionic conductivity in a wide range of temperatures, pressures and mechanical stresses; Theoretical analysis and simulation kompyuternoe. The test system (amorphous metal alloys, nanocomposites, multi-functional ceramic materials and metalooksidnye) are in a state far from thermodynamic equilibrium. However, they are generally superior to their crystalline counterparts in their physical properties.
