The purpose of the work - the creation of complex and nanostructured fluids (composite, heterogeneous and heterophase based on ferromagnetic and ferroelectric materials) for spintronics devices and photonics, as well as studies of their physical properties for in-depth study of the dependence of these materials by chemical composition, the presence of defects and production technologies. Research methods - optical, X-ray, microwave and NMR spectroscopy; methods of dynamic susceptibility; math modeling. Studied management capabilities conductive, magnetic and magnetoresistive properties of oxidic materials (by varying the composition and changing the structure, including its defects); low-dimensional objects (such as magnetic nanosystems and heterogeneous environments) and nanostructured metal-complexes. The features of the spin-wave reflection from the boundary of the ferromagnetic film under conditions of total internal reflection, and predicted the possibility of observing a spatial shift of the reflected spin wave (analog of Gus-Hanh in optics). Also consider how the study of the electronic spectra of oxides on the basis of the tunnel effect. Built micromagnetic theory of nonlinear magnetic small-angle neutron scattering, which allowed for an inhomogeneous magnetic nano-structured material to predict the effect of a new third order.
