It was revealed that in this rolling scheme the force on rolls is essentially decreased compared to symmetric rolling scheme. The degree of force lowering increases with increase in non-coordination in rolls peripheral speed. With increase in roll diameters ratio from 1.12 to 1.42 the force at rolls decreases by 20-50 % thus resulting in decrease in elastic deformation of rolls and improvement of rolled product quality. The technological parameters of the process of titanium powder asymmetric rolling have been optimized. The batches of specimens for investigation have been manufactured by optimum rolling regimes.
