Karazin popup.description2 The aim is optimization of already known and the development of new methods for the synthesis of heterocyclic derivatives which are composed of a carbonyl component, and derivatives thereof, which may be used for further reactions and synthesis thus compounds with biological activity, as well as confirm the structure of these compounds.Methods of research is the organic synthesis and physical-chemical analysis using IR, NMR and mass spectrometry. There were optimized conditions for synthesis of cycloalkyl or aryl(hetaryl)carbonyl containing compounds and their derivatives, making it possible to increase yields of the desired compounds and thus obtain a sufficient amount of the starting compounds for further study. On the basis of the obtained compounds studied reactivity and obtained nitrogen and oxygen containing heterocyclic compounds which have in their composition carbonyle or other functional group. It has been shown that by means of further transformations possible to obtain derivatives having in its structure several heterocyclic components. On the other hand, it is proved that it is possible to produce various heterocyclic derivatives using the conversion of the carbonyl group as a functional.
