Objective: To establish the nature of nonequilibrium structural or phase transitions, mechanisms and laws of formation of metallic properties, polymer, ceramic and composite materials as a result of extreme external influences, pressure, strain, high rate of temperature change, high permanent or pulsed magnetic fields, pulsed wave fields et al. Methods: nonequilibrium thermodynamics, mesomechanics, physical ki materials there, Brownian dynamics; theory of phase transitions, Hartree-Fock, dynamic theory of crystal lattices; mehanoindutsirovannoy kinetics of segregation, computer simulation, optical and electron microscopy, microanalysis, X-ray analysis; differential scanning calorimetry; impedance spectroscopy, DSC, EPR, NMR, magnetometry; method vnutrinney friction. Results: Within the theoretical and experimental studies analyzed the kinetics and mechanisms of defect formation in solids of different nature nano and meso-level as a result of extreme external influences and created a partnership with some of the mechanical properties of the structure.
