The aim is to reduce computational complexity and improve the reliability of the transmitted information by improving math algorithms of cascade TC construction for distributed computer systems of different functional purposes. Have been used the methods of probability theory and mathematical statistics, information theory and coding, graph theory, analytical research methods for mathematical models, simulation and experimental study of described codes. Experimental data processing was performed by using package of programs MatLab R2013a 8.01; MathCad 14.0; Microsoft Excel. The theoretical results are in developing new mathematical models of turbo codec and algorithms for working with turbo-code system. The practical significance of the results is that the results can be used as a basis for engineering techniques that will improve the reliability of information transmission and reduce implementation complexity for TC decoding algorithms without losing decoding quality in distributed computer systems of different functional purposes. Have been received the results that have practical value, namely: 1. Have been design the software in the environment MatLab R2013a 8.01 for the required reliability accuracy of the information with a certain level of signal / noise in the channel data and subsequent assessment of probabilistic-power characteristics of TC using different decoding algorithms. The novelty of the results is the further development of theoretical principles of error correcting TC, which provided increase information reliability while reducing complexity of decoding algorithms implementation: 1. Have been modified the algorithm log-MAP with the usage of the developed correction function (PL-log-MAP), which improves the reliability of information transmission compared with other known TC decoding algorithms, achieving BER performance of log-MAP (indicator RMSE = 0,0047, and the correlation coefficient r = 0,9865). 2. Have been design the block diagram of the TC codec that unlike existing algorithm uses PL-log-MAP, which allows to increase the reliability of information transmission and reduce implementation complexity of TC decoding algorithms without losing decoding quality. The effectiveness of the implementation is that the results of this work are practically implemented as the software, that helps to solve some actual problems, such as the implementation of the developed computational procedures for working with the TC in technics, forming and acceptance for this code with the usage of the computing power of the technical devices and also the research of the probabilistic and energetic characteristics of the information transmission process. The development is use for the markets of computer systems for processing and transmission different information.
