The work is dedicated to the development of parametric cascaded thermoelectric converters (CTEC) models that are used for thermal management termoloaded elements of information systems used to monitor the environment. During designing CTEC it is necessary to evaluate the possibility of using rational selected design with the predicted reliability indicators for different operating modes in a given temperature and thermal load and also to determine the mode corresponding to the lowest failure rate and the highest probability of failure-free operation that exactly represents the goal of this work. This work elucidate the parametric methods for reliability performance improvement of thermoelectric converters; mathematical models associated with the structural, power, operation indicators object failure rate were developed and analyzed. Results of the work were implemented in practices of enterprises in Odessa.
