The purpose of study - to create new methodological approaches for the optimization of the parameters and technological design solutions for the bioconversional processing of agricultural organic waste from livestock and crop production, to substantiate main directions and options for minimizing the resource and energy costs of the bioconversional processing of organic waste from livestock. Research methods: mathematical modeling, physical and-chemical definition and analysis of the waste and compost properties; calculation and comparative establishment of the energy and economic efficiency for developed technological processes and technical solutions proposed to the production. There was developed the theoretical position and technological model for the preparing of balanced compost mixtures based on manure. The interaction of the mixer-aerator working part and compost material was theoretically investigated by varying its kinematic and constructional parameters. The most advanced experience was generalized and the basic rules for the environmentally safe handling of the livestock production manure were developed. There were prepared the proposals to departmental technological design rules ВНТП-АПК-09.06 with the requirements and technological modes specification for the new manure removal systems, composting processes and anaerobic digestion regulations, directions and standards for using the manure as organic fertilizer. There were developed methodical recommendations for the environmentally safe livestock and crop production waste processing into organic fertilizer with the predicted quality and environmental safety parameters. The general process requirements and key intensification factors were shown. Technological operations parameters, their implementation and management sequence, safety and environmental protection requirements, technical support were developed.
