Research methods - mathematical modeling, experimental studies, statistical experimental data analysis and mathematical calculations for process parameters, operation modes, and key technical equipment operating parts indicators. What was identified: main conditions of the organic livestock fodder technical and technological formation and development; developed mathematical model for the organic livestock fodder technical and technological formation and development; patterns of the fodder technology structure influence on the key quality indicators and biological feedstock conversion properties as a feed material; patterns of the organic livestock fodder technical and technological formation and development; optimized organic livestock fodder technology and technical tools system; strategic areas for the organic livestock fodder technical and technological formation and development; developed recommendations for improvement and expansion of organic livestock fodder technology and technical tools systems. The implementation of this research will improve the feed quality and naturalness up to 40-45% for the organic livestock development and will reduce energy costs by 30-35%.
