Development of biosensor methods of arginine analysis in wine by using arginine-hydrolyzing recombinant enzymes. popup.stage_title Head Sibirny Andrey, Registration Date 18-01-2016 Organization Institute of Cell Biology NAS of Ukraine popup.description2 The enzymes of analytical purposes - alcohol oxidase (AO), arginine deiminase (ADI) and two forms of arginase I from the microbial cells - over producers of target enzymes were isolated and characterized. The nanoparticles (NPs) of noble metals were synthesized by chemical methods. Different types of bionanomaterials were obtained by immobilizing of glucose oxidase (GO), peroxidase (PO), AO, ADI and arginase on the surface of NPs. The morphological and enzymological properties, as well as storage stability of the proposed bionanomaterials were investigated. Obtained bionanomaterials based on GO and PO were used as selective elements of amperometric biosensors (ABS). The new types of ABS based on yeast cells enriched with the enzymes (arginase and AO) conjugated with gold NPs were constructed. The obtained results of cell-based ABS have shown, that the additional injection of enzyme preparations conjugated with NPs in sensitive layer of ABS significantly improves the cellular characteristics bioanalytical sensors, including sensitivity and speed of the signal compared to the unmodified cell ABS. According to the results of research 4 articles, one chapter in the book and 4 abstracts were published. Product Description popup.authors Гайда Г.З. Гончар. М.В. Синенька М.М. Стасюк Н.Є.
