The system can take up to 1,000 X-rays per second at angles up to 60 degrees with a resolution of 40 microns. Developed software of automated data processing to eliminate background search and determine the position of the diffraction peak scattering intensity and width depending on the temperature of the sample. The phase transitions during heating and cooling of the sample by measuring the change in position of the diffraction peaks in the angular distribution of X-rays scattered in the sample.
