The equipments for pumping of air containing of iodine vapour and for measuring of iodine content. The processes of dynamic sorption of iodine by industrial carbon adsorbents studied, the possibility of determination of the iodine content by nuclear-physical methods are studied and the metrological characteristics of X-ray radiometric method are present. Application of a methods allows to certificate the carbon adsorbents using in gas cleaning systems and improve the safety of nuclear power plant operation. We have proposed modifications of iodic filter-adsorber of NPP ventilation systems to improve the performance and durability of the work. t is shown that the introduction in the design of the filter-adsorber AU-1500 of the module (cassette) filled by coal with improved technological characteristics, and also lengthening and change shape of input pipe for the ventilated air can significantly improve operational performance of the filter which used in NPP ventilation system, and also ease repair and restoration work.
