The focus methods directly improve fuel efficiency and environmental performance of vehicles improve motor control systems and alternative fuels. Established that the greatest efficiency increase of ecological safety system "traffic flow - road" can only be achieved using intelligent monitoring system and control parameters of environmental safety of vehicles in traffic flow and estimated on the basis of this value ingredient and parametric pollution roadside environment. The analysis of existing methods, models and software tools for monitoring indicators of ecological safety system "traffic flow - the road" is performed. Special attention is paid software subsystems gather information about the technical condition parameters of individual vehicles in traffic flow. The main principles and the existing structure of intelligent monitoring system indicators of ecological safety system "traffic flow - road" as well as the structure of the computerized database specific parameters of environmental safety of vehicles are formulated.
