The object of study is the institutionalization of ethical standards in scientific and educational organizations. The subject of research is the introduction of technology all complex ethical regulation in higher education. The goal - improvement of the universities in accordance with international standards enshrined in the Bucharest Declaration of ethical values and principles of higher education in Europe (2005), by strengthening regulation and ethical codification in the functioning of higher education institutions based on methodologically grounded promotion of corporate social responsibility. Methodological guidelines for the creation and improvement of the ethical code and put contemporary scientist module raising ethical skills of high school. Prepared training program for the formation of ethical awareness and moral culture of the academic community.
