Created constructs have different selective genes that will enable in future to conduct effective selection of transformed plants of different species. Genetic constructs were made for high-level transient expression in plants that contain genes of human collagen subunits and structural analysis of created vectors was applied. The cloning of genes of human collagen I-type (Col-I a1 and Col-I a2) was performed in an expression vector possessing the elements of tobacco mosaic virus (TMV). Lines of Agrobacterium tumefaciens containing created vectors were received and will be used for further transient transformation of Nicotiana benthamiana.
