To achieve the goal and address the tasks used in the study of general scientific and special methods of knowledge of legal phenomena, including system-functional method revealed a variety of internal and external relations of the studied subject and, consequently, make the appropriate conclusions. The degree of implementation of the results is at the primary level. The results of the intended legal experts for use during forensic examinations and expert research related to computer programs as objects of copyright and valuers during the independent evaluations. The main provisions can also be used by persons who are going to get (to confirm) qualified legal experts in the relevant fields, as well as officers of the court and pre-trial investigation in the appointment examination and assessment of expert opinions.
