The subject of study are the models, methods and software of decision making support used in the data analysis of stochastic processes. The purpose of study is to develop new methods of time series analysis and the development of appropriate information technology, which will provide a mathematical basis, and form the core of software package that will allow the analysis of scientific observations data. Scientific novelty lies in the creation of a new clustering technology for multivariate time series; model for determining the functional state of human by his speech; assessment model for random process state based on an analysis of the statistical properties of quasi-stationary areas for which the process is divided by changepoints. The methodology of analysis involves the use of clustering methods, statistics, spline transformation, parametric and nonparametric methods of density estimation, as well as a new concept, proposed by the authors of the project, - the mathod of integration density function based on the bayesian estimation of conditional distribution function parameters. The result of the project is the intelligent analysis system of analysis which allows to carry out the automated processing of time series. The results are incorporated into the learning process of DNU and research activities of the Research Institute of Geology of Oles Honchar DNU.
