It was determined that the composition of the doping nanooxides 80mol.% Y2O3 - 20 mol.% ZrO2 is optimal for producing steel with a maximum density of precipitates, the lowest average size and the best uniformity of their distribution by the volume. Strength properties of this steel is much higher than the properties of initial steel, especially at high temperatures (700 ° C) where yield strength ODS - steel is 2.3 times higher than the original steel. It is proposed as a new radiation - resistant materials use high-entropy alloys. Obtained high-entropy quinary alloy of iron with nickel, manganese, chromium and cobalt, and its mechanical properties are investigated. It was found that the resistance to radiation swelling developed ODS steel 0H18N10T doped oxides optimal composition in the temperature maximum swelling is 2 times higher than that of the base steel 0H18N10T.
