The purpose indicate the nature of contemporary processes of globalization influence on students. The study used methods of mass opinion poll in the form of distributing the questionnaire, document analysis, sociological observation. The results found that the value orientation of Ukrainian students under the influence of globalization processes are individualized, largely acquire instrumental structure of their educational motives become more pragmatic, from year to year the percentage of students who intend to take part in academic mobility.
