The subject of research are synthetic opals infiltrated with active dielectrics, doped single crystals of complex oxides NаВіТі2О6 - BaTiO3, TeO2, ВіVО4, ВіV(Nb)О4, PbMoO4. The purpose of the work is to study the main characteristics and properties of globular photonic crystals and glass infiltrated active dielectrics, their defective condition. Novel nanocomposite materials based on bulk and film of synthetic opals, doped single crystals of complex oxides NаВіТі2О6- BaTiO3, TeO2, ВіVО4, ВіV(Nb)О4, PbMoO4 were made by modifying the conditions of crystal growth, doping, the modification of solid solutions near the stoichiometric composition, the heat treatment in various atmospheric environments and the influence of the electric field. Nanophase glass-ceramic materials on the basis of crystals of active dielectrics were obtained. Researches are a continuation of works in the field solid state physics and photonics.
