The aim of research is to define the territorial features of the rivers surface runoff and its chemical constituent on the territory of the steppe zone of Ukraine, Research methods are mathematical statistics, geostatistics and zonal statistics, hydrochemical analysis, maping method, spectral decomposition, regressive and cross-correlation analysis. The range of influence of age fluctuations of meteorological indexes on the territory moisture of the Dnepropetrovsk oblast is established. The fundamental chart of spatial analysis of slope flood flow forming of the rivers of Dnipropetrovsk Oblast is worked out. The water objects of the Dnepropetrovsk oblast with the most range of anthropogenic influence on the slope surface runoff forming are established. Instability and partial transformation of the chemical content of the rivers in Kriviy Rih are educed. The recommendations for optimization of functioning of the naturally-technogenic systems of type a "mine - pond-store - natural reservoir" are worked out. The scientific novelty of SRP is that firstly for territory of the Dnepropetrovsk oblast the complex of hydrological, hydrochemical and geoecological estimations for state water objects are given. Recommendations of the improvement of quality of water environment of the river Ingulets are worked out. Results can be used on for: improvement and addition of assessment methodologies and forecasting of the anthropogenic pressure on water objects at regional level; to development of restoration measures.
