The purpose of work is research of base cultural and logical, historical and philosophical theories of unity of the Ukrainian nation in a context of experience of the constitutional processes of the European states, globalization processes of the modern world and formation of mechanisms of association of modern national and state systems of public management. Research methods is phenomenological, structuralistical, dialectic, linguistic and philosophical, comparative. It is established that from the point of view of formation of metaphysical signs of mentality of the Ukrainian people there is a mastering of such achievements of the European and world culture as subjectivity, criticality, autonomy, dialogue, gender relations etc. It is shown that in the social and cultural measurement the phenomenon of unity of the Ukrainian people appears on crossing of such numbers of binary oppositions ("West-east", "riches-poverty", "my-another's", etc.) which need in overcoming in a context of formation of figurative structures. It is revealed that the most influential and effective political mechanisms are communicative mechanisms, which help to solve existing conflicts and promote formation of new political elite of the country. Results of scientific and research work is entered into teaching and educational process of Oles Honchar Dnipropetrovsk National University, in particular, at teaching such disciplines as "Legal philosophy", "Social philosophy", "Philosophy of history and historisophy", "History of the Ukrainian philosophy", " Philosophy of education and teaching", "Philosophical problems of a gender", "Epistemology of difficult communicative systems".
