In thin films of quaternary oxides of ZnMnFeO for the first time ferromagnetic ordering at room temperature was discovered, which is absent in the case of ternary oxides of ZnMnO. The mechanisms of the effect of Mn2+ ions on the photoluminescence properties of CdS:Mn nanocrystals and CdS: Mn/PVA nanocomposites have been revealed. It was shown the effectiveness of the embedding of Mn2+ ions into nanoparticles CdS: Mn using the adsorption doping method. The effect of adsorbed Mn2+ions on the emission band at ~ 915 nm was experimentally recorded, which is associated with the formation of localized exciton magnetic polarons on the surface of the nanoparticles. It was proved the impact of Cd (OH) 2 shell on the luminescence properties of CdS:Mn nanoparticles, which is caused by the surface passivation of the nanoparticles and changes in their sizes. It was found that the effect of ultrasound (US) treatment on the properties of CdS: Mn /PVA nanocomposites can be considered as the result of the mechanical action of ultrasonic waves that alter the structure of the absorption layer around the nanoparticles. The relationship between the concentration of precursors, passivating agents (polyvinyl alcohol (PVA)), polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP), mercaptoethanol (MCE), cetyl trimethylammonium bromide (CTAB) and nanoparticle parameters (size, concentration) for reproducible synthesis of of CdS: Mn nanoparticles has been found. It was developed differential method for registration structures of the liver cells and methods of studying the structure of chorionic placenta tree based on the interaction of nanoparticles with gelatin. The proposed technique is based on measuring the emission properties of PAR-passivated CdS: Mn nanoparticles due to their interaction with biomolecules.
