When performing tasks, which appeared during the work the following facts were establised: distribution of investment risks and the stages of realization of innovation projects of innovative secondary and higher categories; the features of the innovation project were identified and conducted sociological questionnaires of potential investors, which allowed to determine the readiness to invest at the appropriate parameters laid down; calculated parameters of empirical models for small and medium-sized businesses. At the same time we determined the investor attitude towards innovation project, the analysis of the initial stages of the implementation of innovative projects was conducted and appropriate conclusions regarding the successful implementation of these projects were made. Thus, the scientific problem, namely, to study the effect of economic parameters of the innovative project to make a decision to invest and the method of integral estimation of the probability of its realization was solved.
