The aim of the study was to develop a methodology for determining the low speed characteristics aerobatics damaging elements, which are designed and used for shooting special (manual) throwing neuroblastoma devices. Theoretical and practical results – conducted full-scale tests of submunitions that are designed and used for shooting special (manual) throwing neuroblastoma devices. The novelty – for the first time defined the characteristics of motion in free flight various damaging elements, which are designed and used for shooting special (manual) throwing neuroblastoma devices – slingshots. The effectiveness of the implementation of the research results will allow to define the trajectory-generated low-speed elements at a high scientific level and with a high degree of reliability that is necessary for the decision of situational tasks of forensic ballistics and conducting of complex forensic medical and ballistic examinations. Sphere (area) of use – the research results will be implemented in the expert practice of forensic ballistics experts and expert institutions the Ministry of justice of Ukraine, Ministry of internal Affairs of Ukraine, and also can be used by employees of the security service, investigative bodies and specialized educational institutions.
