The purpose of research -is the analysis of the fundamental scientific issues, approaches and theoretical concepts of philosophical knowledge and cognition in the synthetic unity of their basic components. The main scientific result is the creation and presentation of the concept of integrated synthesis and complementarity of philosophical, methodological, cultural, theoretical and systematic aspects of the knowledge and cognition. It is proved that the most important for philosophical and methodological aspects are the postclassical methodology , synergetics, discourse-analysis, analysis of terminological matrices. The most important for the culturological aspects are the philosophical, anthropological, hermeneutical ontological approaches, epistemology of the culture. The most significant for theoretical and systemic approach is the general parametric systems theory ( A. Uemov), ternary description Language. The perspective of the investigation are creation of the theoretical and conceptual framework of new interdisciplinary areas (pragmatics and grammatology of logic, , neuroethics, kulturosophia, philosophy of multidimensionality).
