The peculiarities of the land use in the modern conditions are investigated. The theoretical and methodological principles of land management are revealed. For the purpose to improve the land tenure system an ecological and mapping providing of cadastral activities are substantiated. The practical approaches of determining the sectoral structure of agricultural enterprises are improved. Also deserve attention the studies concerning the regulation of land tenure in the field of establishing the purpose of land use, the rational land use and land protection.
