Research object: state humanitarian policy of Ukraine and especially its implementation at the regional level. Research purpose: to develop methods and ways to manage the humanitarian sphere at the regional level. Research methods: logical, historical, analysis, synthesis, statistical analysis, comparison, modeling. Research results and their novelty: first the technology of monitoring the implementation of regional human development programs have been proposed, the organizational mechanism for implementing the state policy through the development of the humanitarian situation of the regional competition of humanitarian projects have been revealed; methods of resource support of the humanitarian sphere have been improved. Field of application: Public administration.
