The features of the clinical course of traumatic disease is clarified depending on the nature of traumatic factor, localization of trauma and risk factors, the amount and sequence of diagnostic measures depending on the nature and severity of the injury. The criteria for prediction of traumatic disease complications is developed based on analyzing the efficiency of the injury severity and status of victims evaluation systems.
